IS Mechanical's Apprenticeship Program
IS Companies’ apprenticeship program is designed to provide hands-on training and real-world experience, allowing apprentices to develop essential HVAC skills while earning a competitive wage.
Our structured program combines classroom and online instruction with on-the-job learning, ensuring apprentices gain technical knowledge, best install practices, safety training, and industry certifications.
IS Companies have a full online Learning Management Solution which provides training and learning opportunities outside of work environments. The LMS system enables apprentices and journeymen to learn and grow their career at their own time and pace. If provides opportunities to become certified in several programs such as EPA, NATE, Journeyman Plumbers and Master Heat Pump Certifications.
Apprentices work alongside our experienced technicians and installers who serve as mentors, guiding them through installations, repairs, and system diagnostics to build confidence and expertise.
We invest in our apprentices by covering the cost of necessary training, certifications and licensing, ensuring they have the credentials needed for a successful long-term career.
